Radici Italiane was born from the experience and passion of chef Paolo Scaccabarozzi , a professional with a long career in prestigious kitchens and restaurants. After years of pursuing the highest gastronomic quality, Paolo chose to dedicate himself to a project that combines his love of cooking with the desire to showcase true Italian excellence.
Throughout his career, the chef has discovered and collaborated with numerous small Italian artisan businesses , true hidden gems that preserve centuries-old traditions and unique expertise. These producers represent the authenticity, culture, and nuances of our region, too often obscured by industrial mass production.
This is where the idea for Radici Italiane was born: to give visibility to these extraordinary products and make them accessible to those seeking the quality , tradition , and authenticity of Italian flavors .
